Privacy Policy

MUSUBEE, Inc. (hereinafter referred to “MUSUBEE”) provide the following Privacy Policy to build the structure for protecting private information. We promote the protection of private information by encouraging all of our employees to thoroughly recognize the importance of protecting personal information and to take measures to protect personal information.

●Management of Private Information 

We shall always keep our customers’ private information updated and shall implement safety measures and strictly manage personal information. To avoid illegal access, loss, damage, tampering or leakage of private information, we shall take necessary measures such as maintenance of security system, development of management system, and thorough training of employees.

●Purpose of the use of private information

We may use the private information of our customers for the following purposes:

・Communicating with our customers about our services, event information, information on services, advertisements etc.

・Conducting survey, analysis etc. for better product / service development

・Providing maintenance, support etc.

・Communicating with our customers, cooperating, negotiating, performing of contracts, requesting performance, responding to questions from our customers’ etc.

●Prohibition of disclosure of private information to any third party

We shall manage the private information of our customers appropriately and we shall not disclose such private information to any third party, except for the following cases:

・Where the customer’s consent is obtained

・Where we disclose such information to our business agent so as to operate the service(s) which the customer desires

・Where such disclosure is required by laws or regulations

●Safety Countermeasure for Private Information Protection

We shall take necessary safety countermeasures and security measures for protecting our customers’ private information. 

●Confirmation of Identification of the Customers

If our customers desire to refer, correct, or delete their own private information, we shall respond to their request duly after confirming the customer’s identification.

●Compliance to Laws and Regulations and Revision of Our Private Policy 

We shall comply with the Japanese laws, regulations and bylaws applicable to private information in our possession, and shall make efforts to revise and/or improve the contents of our Privacy Policy as may be necessary.
